These conditions are agreed between Sensualli Lingerie and any natural person who wishes to make a purchase on our website. They apply only to individuals, not companies. The parties agree that their relationship will be governed exclusively by the general conditions described below. By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions of use. We kindly ask that you carefully read the information below before proceeding.

ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE

The present conditions are intended to define the general terms of sale established between Sensualli Lingerie and the user, covering all stages from placing an order to the various services provided by the store, such as payment methods and delivery terms. These conditions govern all steps necessary to place an order, ensuring the security of the transaction between the parties involved.

ARTICLE 2 – ORDER

The user has the option to place an order online, either directly on the online store or through the following social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp.

When placing an order, the user must provide certain personal information, such as name and address. Please ensure that all required fields are completed in order to proceed with the purchase.

By placing an order, the user fully and unreservedly accepts the general terms of sale, the prices, and the product descriptions involved in the transaction. These general terms of sale are the only ones applicable between the parties.

In the event of a dispute related to this matter, we will do our best to resolve it through transparent communication, ensuring mutual satisfaction.

After placing an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email.

The order is considered complete once the corresponding payment has been duly confirmed.

ARTICLE 3 – DELIVERY

Orders will be delivered as agreed.

The standard shipping time is 48 hours, except during holiday periods or times of high demand, in which case delays may occur. In such situations, the customer will be duly informed.

Sensualli Lingerie undertakes to process online orders and comply with delivery times, depending on stock availability. If a product is unavailable, the store will inform the user. Our team makes every effort to ensure timely delivery of products and/or services within the agreed timeframe. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control.

All domestic shipments are made via the Portuguese Postal Service, with delivery times of 1 to 3 business days.

International shipments are made according to the customer’s choice, either via the Postal Service or DHL.

Postal Service shipments to the European Union are estimated to arrive within 1 to 5 business days after dispatch. Non-EU countries have an estimated delivery time of 3 to 9 business days, while Latin American countries have an estimated delivery time of 5 to 7 business days.

DHL shipments to the European Union are estimated to arrive within 1 to 3 business days after dispatch. Non-EU countries have an estimated delivery time of 2 to 5 business days, while Latin American countries have an estimated delivery time of 2 to 4 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination region.

Once the order has been collected by the carrier, a tracking code will be provided in the confirmation email, allowing you to track the progress of your order.

To check the status of your order, go to the homepage of the website and select “My Orders” under the “My Account” section. You may also access the chosen carrier’s website and enter the tracking code provided in your email for updated shipping information.

The address provided is the sole responsibility of the customer. It is important to provide accurate and up-to-date information to ensure proper delivery of the ordered products.

If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available at the address, it will be the user’s responsibility to contact the carrier to seek a solution.

In the event of a return, reshipping costs will be the user’s responsibility.

ARTICLE 4 – PAYMENT

Sensualli Lingerie offers the following payment methods:

• Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, China UnionPay, JCB, Diners, Discover, Electron, and Maestro.

• Digital payments: Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

• Payments via Wise, Western Union, Ria, Money Transfer, MB WAY, and bank transfer: users must contact us via the contact page.

ARTICLE 5 – PRICES

Prices are set in euros and include all applicable taxes and fees.

The amounts shown include VAT at the rate of 23% at the time of purchase.

Any changes in VAT rates will be duly reflected in product prices.

Sensualli Lingerie reserves the right to adjust product prices, online store conditions, and to carry out campaigns and promotions as deemed necessary.

ARTICLE 6 – EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns.

ARTICLE 7 – PRODUCT ISSUES

If you identify any problem or defect with our items, please contact us at info@sensualli.com within a maximum of 3 days, providing photographs that clearly show the defect. The item must also be returned for inspection.

Sensualli Lingerie takes full responsibility for replacing a damaged item, provided that the defect was not caused by misuse by the customer. Furthermore, the complaint must be submitted and justified within the specified period.

We commit to covering all shipping costs once we receive the item and confirm the reported defect.

ARTICLE 8 – WARRANTIES

Sensualli Lingerie guarantees the delivery of products in full compliance with the general sales conditions established.

ARTICLE 9 – LIABILITY

Sensualli Lingerie is committed to diligence at every stage of site access, from ordering to delivery and after-sales services.

However, Sensualli Lingerie disclaims any liability for inconveniences or damages inherent to the use of the Internet, such as service interruptions, external intrusions, the presence of computer viruses, or cases of force majeure recognized by the jurisprudence of the courts, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Additionally, product images displayed on our online store may, on occasion, not fully reflect the actual characteristics of the products.

ARTICLE 10 – PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

The user authorizes Sensualli Lingerie to process their personal data automatically, including the use of cookies provided during the purchase process.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the user may, at any time, exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and objection to the processing of their personal data.

Each registered user will be able to select a unique, personal, and non-transferable username (email). The password, chosen by the user during registration, must be kept strictly confidential.

ARTICLE 11 – NEWSLETTER

The term “Sensualli Lingerie Newsletter” refers to email communications including promotional offers and institutional announcements, sent directly to the users’ inbox.

Users may subscribe to the newsletter, being automatically registered upon creating a customer account.

Users may access and modify their data at any time in the “My Account” section, as well as manage their newsletter subscription through the option available on the website.

The Sensualli Lingerie Newsletter is an exclusive feature of the Sensualli Lingerie online store.

ARTICLE 12 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These general terms and conditions of sale constitute the entire agreement between the parties involved.

If any clause of these conditions is declared null or invalid due to a legislative change, regulation, or court ruling, the validity and enforcement of the remaining clauses will remain unaffected.

ARTICLE 13 – DURATION

These conditions apply throughout the duration of the services provided by Sensualli Lingerie through the online platform.

ARTICLE 14 – EVIDENCE

The digital records maintained in Sensualli Lingerie’s systems, under secure conditions, shall constitute proof of communications, orders, and payments made between the parties.
